Our adorable, crazy-haired Cairn Terrier mix, Blue Scruffy, has been adopted! He has a mom, dad, an 11-year-old boy to grow up with, and a older human sister who lives out of state. He is now known as Frankie, which was the nickname bestowed on him by his foster family. Found as a stray wandering the streets of Garland, Blue Scruffy/Frankie was fostered by Shannon L and her family (who nursed him through heartworm treatment) and by Natalie L and her family.
