Lovey, mama to the Gilligan’s Island litter, has been adopted by her foster family!
She now has a mom, dad, 2 human sisters, a kitty sibling named Tiger Lily, a doggy “niece” named Poppy (who belongs to her older human sister), and a doggy sibling who might look familiar – it’s Daisy from our Mario litter! Her name will be changed to Honeysuckle (Honey for short) to fit the flower theme of family pet names.
Lovey came to RHS heavily pregnant and close to delivery. She brought us ten healthy puppies who are all growing up quickly; many are nearly as large as she is already! Fosters Linda and Chris did a terrific job helping Lovey with her mama duties and, when it came time for the puppies to go to new homes, decided that Lovey needed to stay in theirs.
Thanks to Linda and Chris for bravely taking on whelping duties and caring for such a large litter, and to everyone who helped Lovey on the road to her furever home.
