Adorable little Shelly T, who just came into the RHS program a few weeks ago, was fostered by Art and Pam Quagliani. She was scooped up quickly by the family who adopted another RHS/Quagliani foster just last June (cute little brindle chihuahua Tiger Lilly). Congratulations to Pam, Art, Shelly T, Tiger Lilly, and family!
