Pretty boxer mix Betsy was adopted today! An owner-surrender who came to RHS through Duck Team 6/Hilltown Dogs, Betsy decided she knew a good thing when she saw it and made it permanent with her fosters, Holly and Kent Twitchell. Betsy will be their second “foster failure” and joins RHS-alumna Hattie (G-puppy Garson) as part of the Twitchell family.
