Big news today – a double adoption: Reese Espieces and Clementine were adopted by their fosters, the Corker/Kraus family! Clementine had been brought into the RHS system through a friend of Jenny Kraus, and Jenny and family fostered her. Reese was rescued from the Red Oak Shelter and was initially fostered by Mary Cook and her family. As Reese grew (and grew!), he became too large and active for the Cook family to comfortably handle, so Jenny offered to foster Reese as well . The two dogs fell in love; Chase refers to them as Peas & Carrots since they go together so well. And of course you can’t split up a duo like that, so Jenny, Chase and Olivia adopted both. Now known as Biggs and Clemmie, they share their home with two canine sisters, Ladybug and Nutmeg.
