First adoption in 2021 goes to our gorgeous boy Hunter Rae. Hunter was adopted tonight by our previous RHS volunteer Laura Davis and her family. Laura’s 2 sons had been asking for a dog for sometime. They were looking around, but nothing caught their eyes until they saw Hunter. Tonight they sealed the deal and made Hunter part of their family. Laura said that she is keeping Hunter’s name since he responds well to it. Congratulations and thanks for giving Hunter a wonderful forever home!
Hunter was found in a rural lake area by a nice lady. He was extremely malnourished. The lady cared for him in her lake house for 10 days. One of our fosters connected us with her and this was how Hunter entered RHS. Since then he was fostered by our new foster Jessica Garrett. Jessica’s patience pays off and Hunter has mastered most basic commands like a pro. Well done, Jessica and congratulations to your first foster home placement.
