Beautiful Sugaree was adopted today. She will be spoiled rotten as she is the only dog in the family. The two biggest things for her are food and walks. Her mom, Jerri has that thought out. Jerri bought her an auto-timer feeder to ensure she is fed at the same time everyday and walking for 4 miles with Sugaree will be their daily routine.
Sugaree did not have a good start in life. Her owner abandoned her at the Balch Spring Animal Shelter just one day before she gave birth. RHS came in time to rescue and her two puppies. Thanks to Ann Wright, Allison McClendon, & Cindy Chadwick for fostering her and her puppies at various times. Thanks to all the volunteers that work behind the scenes to make this happen.
