Benjamin Buford Blue (aka Bluey) was adopted on Tuesday by his foster dad, Britt. Now known as Blue, he is the only pet in his Dad’s life so he’ll get all the pets and attention.
Blue was abandoned, tied to a rock and entangled in an old tent but fortunately an independent rescuer found him and reached out on social media for help. Britt saw a video about a puppy in need and spoke to his friend, RHS Volunteer/Foster Kris, about fostering the puppy for RHS. After fostering for a while, Britt said he just couldn’t see letting Blue be adopted by anyone except himself and the rest is, as they say, history.
