Bouncy little Blue Bell was a mess when she was pulled from the Balch Springs shelter; she suffered from giardia, was matted and infested with fleas and the hair near her tail was mysteriously shorter than the rest of her fur. Once she was healed up and cleaned up, though, she turned into an adorable little sprite with a penchant for hair bows and frilly dog coats. J
Blue Bell will be the only pet in her new home. Her human brother and sister will undoubtedly keep her busy, though!
Blue Bell was fostered first by Pat Rotundo and later by Linda Robinson. Linda said she really enjoyed fostering Blue Bell; she has such personality and is very loving.
