We haven’t had a lot of news lately but one pet has been quietly working behind the scenes to make himself a permanent spot in his foster home. He was successful, of course, and so Brooks was adopted by his foster mom, Leasa! Now known as Hudson Luke Isom, he and former RHS dog, Henry, will spend their time keeping their mom (and each other) company and the yard squirrel-free.
Rescued from a less-than-ideal situation in rural Oklahoma, Brooks was underweight and had health issues when he was brought into the RHS system. But with good food and medical care, he’s turned into a healthy, happy boy who’s gained nearly 20lbs in 2 months and is still growing!
Thanks to the couple who rescued him and to Leasa for fostering (and adopting, of course!) Brooks/Hudson. Congratulations and happy life!
