Gidget and Smiley made it permanent with their long-time foster mom, Lois! After searching for months to find a home where they could be together, Lois realized that home was right where they already were and adopted both girls. They will be keeping their names, and their young neighbor is ecstatic that her furry friends will always be nearby. She’s determined that one day shy Smiley will come to her!
Rescued from a hoarding situation, Smiley didn’t know how to be a pet, but with Lois’ and Gidget’s help, she’s made huge strides. Gidget was rescued as a stray, and despite being polar opposites emotionally and mentally, has been Smiley’s best friend right from the start.
