Gunner knew a good thing when he saw it and has adopted his foster family today! He has a canine brother who might look familiar; that handsome blond is Connor who was adopted from RHS in 2020. 🙂 Gunner has dedicated himself to making sure his new dad never oversleeps – by jumping on the bed and pulling the covers off Dad’s head, whether Dad is ready to get up or not!
His family will be keeping the name Gunner because he’s used to it, and it goes really nicely with Connor.
Gunner was rescued from the Collin County Animal Shelter where he ended up as a tiny, four-week-old puppy after becoming separated from his mama. Thanks to Nancy V for fostering him first, and thank you to Jo R and her family for taking over fostering duties and realizing Gunner was meant to stay with them forever.
Happy tails to Gunner and stay tuned throughout the week for more adoption news!
