Sweetheart Jewel Annalise found her fur-ever home today!! Now named Georgia, she will be the only girl in her new dad’s life. He works close to home so he can visit Georgia at lunch, and maybe when she finishes growing up she’ll be able to go work with her dad. Her foster mom, Andie, wasn’t able to be at the adoption due to a prior commitment, but she sent along what has become her signature goodbye gift – a baby book with pictures from the day she got Jewel to their last night together. We all teared up a little at how beautiful it was!
