Longtimer Jovie decided she has been “home” for a long time with her sweet foster mom and dad Neha and Abhay. Jovie came into the RHS program in May 2014 and was also fostered by Sandy DeBritain. Thank you, Neha and Abhay, for giving her a forever home!
