Miles Davis has been adopted! This handsome, playful boy and his foster dad decided they were a great team and made it a “done deal” on Friday afternoon.
As a stray at the Balch Springs shelter, he was a favorite of the employees; the manager and his wife even went in on their own time to take videos of him to share with RHS, in the hopes of getting him a ticket to freedom and a fur-ever home. It worked! New foster, Lauren, stepped up and helped RHS spring Miles. When it became apparent that Miles was a bit too active for Lauren’s household, Keith took over. It didn’t take very long for Keith to realize that Miles and he belonged together permanently!
Thanks to Lauren for giving Miles his first taste of foster family love; we hope you’ll consider fostering again!
