Ocean, who is lovingly called Ollie by his family, was rescued along with his siblings by Gladys Fung. The Neuhoff family then started fostering him. Ollie had been waiting for a forever home for quite a while, but decided he was already there. His family agreed they loved him and could not bear to let him go.
