Our busy week continues with adoption #5 – Sugaree!! Her new name is Jellybean although Sugaree will still be her nickname. She joins a small family with a mom and dad and is already adored and spoiled; they celebrated her adoption with a trip to Starbucks for a puppuccino! 🙂 Although she is the only pet in her home, her parents have family just down the street with kids and dogs and they’re working slowly to introduce everyone and get them comfortable together.
Her mom bragged that Jellybean has mastered sit, shake and heel, although she’s not keen on “down.” 🙂 They are considering taking her to agility class to keep her active and engaged, although maybe gymnastics might be in order judging from the picture of her standing on the back of the couch like a balance beam!!!
Sugaree was rescued from the Balch Springs Shelter along with her two puppies, Charlee and Casee, and she was fostered by Ann, Allison and finally by Cindy. Thanks especially to Cindy; we know it was hard to let this one go.
